Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be unopened and in its original packaging
- Be in its original condition, with no signs of tampering or damage
- Not be a perishable good (e.g. expired or close to expiring)
- Have a receipt or proof of purchase
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:
- Items that have been opened or tampered with
- Items that are past their expiration date or close to expiring
- Items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [insert email address]
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send us an email at dzramadop@gmail.com and send your item to Legon campus (Pentagon Hostel-Block B).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to [insert physical address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important Note
Please note that due to the nature of food supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item has been opened or tampered with. This is to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
